We have two pharmacies in town. You will find one in the Noldin Street 23, on the second caring cross on the right and one in the J.F. Kennedy Street 275, about 1 km. Please note, that in Italy drugstores do not sell painkillers or any other kind of pills.

Beverages and snacks are available at our bar at the hotel entrance (Tuesday to Sunday) from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
We have two rooms for people with disabilities, with adapted bathroom. There is a private parking space right next to the entrance.

Animals are not allowed in the main building, but can be put in our dependence for a daily rate of € 10,00. They can as well stay in our Bar and Restaurant.
It is possible to keep the room until 2.00 pm, with an additional charge of € 20,00.
Every room has an empty Minibar. If you want to have some drinks in, just tell it at the front desk.
Our market is open from Easter to All Saints every day from 7.30 to 11.00 am and from 15.00 to 18.00 pm. We sell our homemade products, as well as groceries, drugstore products, souvenirs, toys and many other things you may find useful for a pleasant holiday.
Please report any defects or flaws to your staff. We are grateful for your collaboration as we try to fix them immediately.
In your room you will find a free bottle of water upon arrival.
The keycard to your room is also your key for the night entrance. It is to be found on the back of our hotel and can be used from 10 pm to 7 am. The regular entrance is not open during nighttime. Check your Keycard holder for the map.
It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in your room as well as in all the other hotel areas. If you want to smoke, please use the ashtray on your balcony and keep the balcony door close. We will charge € 250 cleaning fee in case of defiance.
In case of need you can dial 9 for the front office. For emergencies, call the emergency center 0-112.
You can park your car on the parking on the right of the hotel and in front of the dependence “House Karl”. Please do not park on the Bus parking areas.
You can get the key for the deposit at our front desk.
Our Restaurant with salad bar is open from Tuesday to Sunday form 12 pm to 2 pm and from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The restaurant at the campsite “Steiners Camping Stube” is open every day form Easter to All Saints.
Each room contains a safe deposit box!
Please put your valuables in the safe first, hold the safe close, then enter a 4-digit code and press CLOSE. The safe will lock itself. To open the safe, please re-enter the 4-digit code. The safe will unlock itself.
Our outdoor pool is open form Easter to All Saints from 8 am to 20 pm. You will find a pool bag with towels and flip flops in your room.

Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay a penalty of € 5,00.
